HENRY SCHLOTZHAUER

This man is one incredible human being with decades of climbing, developing and exploring under his belt! Henry brings a strong work ethic and powerful ambition to all of his projects including fatherhood, climbing, and work. He has explored all over the world and has an excellent eye for putting up world-class sport climbing routes and boulders. He truly puts blood, sweat, and happy tears into his passion. Henry has been keeping himself busy climbing and developing in Southwest Montana. This May, Henry was excited to return to the Alps where he rope-soloed a tower in the Lechtal region of Austria that was previously unclimbed.

In July 2023, Henry put up and climbed an 8c route in Western Montana on a beautiful chunk of rock he’s been persevering on for the past 5 years. We are proud of his accomplishment and the dedication required to complete this mega-project. Most recently, Henry took first in the men’s marathon category at the Butte Bouldering Bash in September 2023, and set a new marathon record of 231 climbs at the 2024 Butte Boulder Bash.
